Optometry Admissions Test

What is the optometry admissions test?

The Optometry Admission Test (OAT) is a test to determine an applicants scientific aptitude. The test is sponsored by the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry (ASCO) which accredits Optometry schools in the U.S.

What subjects are on the optometry admissions test?

There are four sections of the OAT: a survey of sciences, reading, physics, and quantitative reasoning.
