Looking for a self motivated individual with a thorough knowledge of the best frames/lenses for each patient. We are a new office so we want someone who will grow with the office. We offer our patients high end products so we need an educated individual who is willing to take the time and explain to patients exactly what they are getting. The ideal candidate has the perfect balance of fashion sense and a thorough knowledge of the optics of lenses and coatings.

Candidates should be very comfortable with computer and ready to join in and help when/where needed. Duties include minor repairs/adjustments on frames, measuring segment heights and PDs, verifying patients' Rx before they are seen by the doctor, contact lens trainings, filing insurance claims for glasses and contacts, verifying patients' Rx when they come back from the lab, meeting with frame reps to review the newest products, rearranging the frames in the optical several times a year, and answering the phones. Since our office is new, we need someone who is able to work well with the other staff members and help out in all areas if they are needed. This is a full time position and Saturdays (9 am - 1 pm) are a must. Please respond to this email if interested.
